Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Subscription

• You agree to pay, using a valid payment card which Tobidit™.com accepts, all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, you have incurred through your account, including the monthly subscription charges to access the Subscription-Based Services. Tobidit™.com reserves the right to increase fees and surcharges, including fees for Subscription-Based Services, or to institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted in advance on this Site or sent to you based on contact information you provide in your "My Account" page. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you purchase a Subscription-Based Service on a monthly basis, the rate for that Subscription-Based service is subject to change at any time for subsequent months, effective upon prior notice to you.
• Unless you take action to cancel your auto-renewing subscription through one of the methods described below, Tobidit™.com will automatically charge your payment card listed in your account to renew your Subscription-Based Services available for purchase through our Site. Tobidit™.com will send you a receipt for each renewal transaction, which will contain the applicable subscription rate, to the email address provided in your account before your payment card is charged. In the event Tobidit™.com cannot charge the payment card listed in your account, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Subscription-Based Services product purchased through our Site.
• You may cancel your subscription service at any time subject to the following terms:

Monthly/quarterly and year subscriptions are automatically renewed on the anniversary date. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Tobidit™.com through the end of your subscription month, at which time your access privileges will end. We therefore cannot issue a refund for an automatic renewal after it has been processed. Upon cancellation, your access to the online Subscription-Based Service will terminate on the last day of the month for which you have paid. For example, if you cancel on December 28 your access will terminate on December 31. To cancel your subscription go to "my account page" and select cancel subscription.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the information being exchanged or sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of articles, profiles, lists or reports once they have been delivered. We cannot and do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or correctness of the information available through this service, which is provided to the user 'as is'.
